I was fortunate to have Dr. Bruce help me with an extraction and implant this morning. The procedure was flawless. The best dental experience I have had. There is no residue from the procedure. I have no pain, swelling or discomfort, which I attribute to Dr. Bruce and his staffs expertise. I highly recommend the Mugford Center for your periodontic and implant needs. Excellent experience. Could not be happier the way I was treated. I was very scared going for an implant since my previous experience with a different oral surgeon was so awful. But Dr. Bruce and his assistant Laurie were simply wonderful.

The team here is amazing. I knew going in that I needed some heavy work done and was a little embarrassed. Very quickly I knew they were there to help resolve any issues that I had going on and any that may come up. Dr. Bruce made me feel comfortable and handled my surgery perfectly and felt no discomfort and has some great assistants, Kelsey, Kristin, and Emily made the experience laughable and honest. Thank you to the team here and look forward to a future journey of a healthy mouth. Would give 6 starts if I could.

Though admittedly a bit nervous before having gum flap surgery (OK, a lot nervous!), Dr. Mugford and his staff were amazingly supportive before he began.Yes, there was the usual noise from instruments, but he is remarkably skilled delivering the numbing agents (usually my least favorite part), but I had a book on CD to drown out most of the background noise. He did some laser therapy as well.Post op, some mild discomfort at the site he had worked on the most...but...that night, I slept so soundly (without the sound of snoring!) and woke today feeling tremendously better. While the site is still a bit tender, that's about it. But I feel so so much better overall, it is hard to describe. Also, a huge shout out to Emily, Gwen and Sherri....3 of the best hygienists I have had clean my teeth. Their touch is almost like a whisper, their focus on thoroughness unmatched and their honest caring about your health and comfort makes dental visits pleasurable. They do not get the recognition for the contribution to one's oral health they make. Together they have formed a team of professionals who can deal with any dental issues in a way that alleviates most if not all of the stress people feel when going to the dentist.For the past years, more attention has been drawn to the links between one's overall health and periodontal disease....following Dr. Mugford's and Dr Bruce's skillfully done procedure, even though its' been less than 24 hours, the change in my perception of the world around me and my own otherwise good health is truly astonishing.Thank you, sir, for being so supportive and so thorough - and your office staff for just being there.

I had a tooth extracted and an implant done at the same time. Dr Bruce was excellent and the whole procedure only took 1 1/2 hours. Laurie was kind and efficient as was the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend The Mugford Center.

Highly Recommend. From the initial phone call to request an appointment to scheduling a procedure, staff and doctors were all very friendly and accommodating. All details provided up front including payment options, insurance reimbursement when applicable, procedure details, recovery, etc. This practice goes above and beyond for their patients and is very thorough.

My experience with Mugford could only have been better if they served a nice Merlot.But really everything and everyone was wonderful. I was put at ease, the service was done expertly, and I will be going back for the rest on my needed work.

Always very nice staff with exceptional knowledge. Dr Bruce very nice and knowlegeable. Took all the time needed to explain problem, process, outcomes etc. Never felt rushed. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
